The Better Back Program
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much I appreciate your Better Back Program. I have been doing the exercises for about three months now (could be more) and have benefited enormously from them.

At the time I started the program, I had pain in my lower back (about L5) and my left knee. I felt the knee problem was caused by the back problem so was optimistic that if the program worked, both problems would disappear. Well, they have!!! In fact, it only took about two to three weeks for the pain to go. Because the exercises only take 5 or so minutes to complete ( I'm doing about 12 to 14 repetitions of each exercise), it's easy to keep up the routine morning and night. My wife and I recently moved to a 100-acre bush block in hilly sandstone country between Coffs Harbour and Grafton and I'm just so grateful that I can skip from rock to rock like I used to when I was a kid. Tomorrow, I'm going to Coutts Crossing for nine holes of golf; looking forward to that.
